Responsibilities/工作职责:
1. Be in charge of CNC/Grinding operating.

2. Support Improve our tools fixture to reduce our routing time.
协助调整工改进工装夹具降低工时。
3. Knows the various cutting. Apprehends parameters influencing machining conditions.
了解多种切割工具，理解加工参数设置对加工状态的影响。
4. Has notions on the use of coolant be able to calculate the machining conditions.
了解机加工切削液，懂得如何计算和判断加工的状态。
5. Knows basic programming codes, be able to read understa machining program.
了解基本的程序代码，能够读懂加工程序。
6. Be able to drive a robot in manual mode
手动模式下能够操作设备。
7. To accept necessary training four operator: how to set machine, tooling, electrode, use fixture measuring tools.
接受必要的培训：如何设定机床，刀具，电极，工装夹具及测量工具的合理使用。
8. Supports setters to find the cause of the malfunction failure.
协助调整工查找故障或失效的原因。
9. Follow up standard working instruction produce the right parts.
遵循标准作业，并生产合格的部件 。
10. Coordinate with maintenance about the machine fault reduce downtime.
辅助维修部门维修设备，降低设备停机时间。
11. Communicate with related department to ensure smooth efficient production.
