RESPONSIBILITIES职责
According to the administrative process of hiring exiting, support in the contract extending.
根据入职、离职等行政流程,为合同续签等行政流程提供支持。
Be responsible fresume searching phone interview, help with recruiting channel maintaining, arrangement of face to face interview other related activities.
负责简历筛选和电话面试,协助维护招聘渠道,安排现场面试及其他相关活动。
Be in charge of the permit application fexpat employees.
负责外国员工的许可申请。
Labrelationship: help handle consulting request on HR aspects, improve labexperience with the company.
劳动关系:协助处理人力资源方面的咨询要求,改善公司劳动关系。
Help with staff training.
协助进行员工培训。
Provide other HR support if required.
提供其他所需的人力资源支持。
Profile背景:
Be familiar to work with computer, especially office software.
熟悉电脑操作,尤其是办公软件。
Good interactive skills.
良好的沟通技巧。
Ability to work collaboratively successfully with members of a team.
能与团队成员沟通协作。
Education教育背景:
Graduated in human resource labrelationship.
人力资源专业或劳动关系专业毕业。
Languages Skills语言:
Basic English level fdaily communication.
基础英语水平,能进行日常沟通。
