2) 收到供应商的交货通知后，通知货代提货并安排运输。
Inform forwarder to pick up and arrange transportation when get supplier’s delivery notice.
3) 跟进实物运输和预先警报管理，并及时更新重要摘要。
Follow up physical transportation and pre-alert management and ｕpdate important summary timely.
4) 负起责任并与代理一起工作，办理清关手续。
Take responsibility and work together with Agent for customs clearance.
5) 进口文件是管理。
Import document is management.
Export management：
6) 在产品准备好后，安排每周的预订和送货，或得到客户的送货通知。
Arrange weekly booking and delivery when products are ready or get customers’ delivery notice.
7) 出口文件包括商业发票、装箱单和交货后的合同，特别是包装、重量和体积必须准确。
Make export documents include commercial invoice, packing list and contract after delivery, especially package, weight and volume must be accurate.
8) 核实所有相关的清关文件。
Verify all customs clearance documents related.
9) 如果需要，申请原产地证书。
Apply for Certificate of Country of Origin if needed.

10) 与货运代理保持密切沟通。
Keep closely communication with ship forwarder.
11) 管理相关的货代公司
Manage relevant forwarder.
12) 经理分配的其他工作
